We offer therapy services under the following payment options:

– Families who pay privately and may be eligible to access some rebates through their private health insurance fund, depending on their level of cover.

– Families who are accessing NDIS funding are also able to engage our services if they are self managed or plan managed.

– Families who pay privately and have a Chronic Disease Management plan from their GP which entitles them to access a rebate from Medicare.

Fee Schedule

Assessment – $193.99 per hour

The assessment time varies depending on the area of concern.

Formal reports and letters – $193.99 per hour

The amount of time required for a report depends on the number of assessments completed and complexity of the report.

Therapy – $147.76 per 35 minutes or $193.99 per 45 minutes

Cancellation

As we need to prepare for each session, please contact us immediately if your child is unable to attend their scheduled sessions.

Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee which is charged at the full fee of your child's therapy session. Please contact us via email or phone at [email protected] or 0420 609 981 to cancel an appointment.

Sponsorship

At Kids’ Speech Therapy, we understand that the ongoing cost of therapy can be difficult to manage for some of our families. We personally sponsor 5 children per year, which allows each child to access six free therapy sessions. This is our small way of giving back to the community. Hopefully as our clinic grows, we will be able to sponsor more children with each passing year.

Please note that the criteria for sponsorship includes moderate to severe communication delay, consistent therapy attendance and vigilant follow up with homework activities. We hope that our families can appreciate that sponsorship opportunities are limited, hence careful consideration is required and eligibility is deemed by our Kids’ Speech Therapy team.
