We offer therapy services under the following payment options:

– Families who pay privately and may be eligible to access some rebates through their private health insurance fund, depending on their level of cover.

– Families who are accessing NDIS funding are also able to engage our services if they are self managed or plan managed.

Please let us know if you are privately or NDIS funded, and we will provide you with the appropriate fee schedule.

Speech assessment – $300

Fluency assessment – $300

Language assessment – $400

Literacy assessment – $380

Assessments include a written report.

Cancellation

As we need to prepare for each session, please contact us immediately if your child is unable to attend their scheduled sessions.

Clinic Discounts

We offer a 10% discount when you buy 10 or more sessions in advance.

Please Note: Discounted rates do not apply to our school-based clients and when using an EPC/ CDM Referral.

Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plan

If deemed eligible by your GP, your child may be able to access Medicare rebates for up to 5 therapy sessions. The rebate for each session is approximately $50.

Please obtain an EPC Referral Form from your GP and submit to your attending speech pathologist.

Billing for sessions under EPC Plan:

  • Each therapy session under the plan will be billed at our normal therapy rates.
  • An administrative fee of $25 is also billed due to additional documentation required to be given to your GP.

Sponsorship

At Kids’ Speech Therapy, we understand that the ongoing cost of therapy can be difficult to manage for some of our families. We personally sponsor 5 children per year, which allows each child to access six free therapy sessions. This is our small way of giving back to the community. Hopefully as our clinic grows, we will be able to sponsor more children with each passing year.

Please note that the criteria for sponsorship includes moderate to severe communication delay, consistent therapy attendance and vigilant follow up with homework activities. We hope that our families can appreciate that sponsorship opportunities are limited, hence careful consideration is required and eligibility is deemed by our Kids’ Speech Therapy team.
